Since inception, E-Hospitality & Tourism diversified its strategy and concentrated on working with Tourism Authorities in the region to enhance its Hotel Classification System and added a new innovative idea to integrate Guest Experience Review “social media” through an online platform with hotel ratings and managed to implement it starting from Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority and then Bahrain Tourism Authority, Qatar Tourism Authority and Sharja Tourism Authority. In 2015, implemented KPI Dashboard, a real-time data platform for Tourism Authorities to monitor the hotel industry.

Developed a state of art hotel classification system and integrated with guest reviews as one of the first country to use such system in 2014. KPI a state of the art web based software application has been developed to automatically collect real time data in a dashboard, in such a way as to allow the Bahrain Tourism & Exhibition Authority to view and analyse the data, thus providing a greater insight in the performance of its hotels.

Enhancement of the Abu Dhabi Hotel Classification System. This enhancement equips Abu Dhabi with the first system in the World that incorporates Online Guest Feedback as well as a comprehensive 5-star awards scheme and Designator Feature.

With the vision for 2022 Soccer World Cup, State of Qatar’s ambition is to develop and practice one of the best and leading hotel classification system that will consider environment protection, accessibility and going green. The system was integrated with Olery GEI and Online hotel classification system to better monitor the market and stay ahead of neighboring countries. The system was implemented in 2015.

Enhancement and upgrade of Sharjah hotel classification manual over the first half of 2015. This new manual aims to elevate the hotels’ standard in the Emirate of Sharjah with a World state of art system that will be integrated with social media though Olery GEI to review guest experience and expectations, aiming to compete with the other neighboring Emirates and region.

Training program has been agreed between Kuwait Tourism Authority and Exceed Hospitality to train tourism staff and its inspectors in hospitality program and understanding classification system to boost the knowledge of their employees preparing for next level of classification revamp.

President Advisor and Partner with ATO “Arab Tourism Organization” to implement Hotels Classification system and KPI Tourism Statistic Dashboard to all Arab Countries.
