Founder of SSDev Ltd a software development company with a core management and development team that have been developing software for over 21 years both in South Africa and around the world. The team started in 1997 with the establishment of one of SA’s first Internet Service Providers before moving to the UK to be involved in one of the UK’s largest startups in 1999, jungle.com. After 1 year of operation jungle.com was acquired by Great Universal Stores (GUS) for £38 million.
The SSDev team then went on to create another startup in the UK, SurveyShack.com Ltd, a SaaS platform which provided online messaging and questionnaire solutions for corporate and government organisations in
the UK. Most recently SSDev has established a presence in Dubai from where we have developed software for government organizations in the Middle East including Qatar, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia which all use the same messaging technology.
